How it works
Holloway is a Windows app in early access. It learns how you work, finds the tasks you repeat across your apps, and turns them into agents. Here's the whole route, with example data.
Step by step
Each stop says what you do and what Holloway does. The demos use example data, and you can try them.
Step 01 · Setup
Holloway is a Windows app. Say yes to the setup scan and it runs in five steps, with live counts so you can see what it's finding. The scan uses details only, and you can stop it at any time.
Step 02 · Your workflows
It turns what it learned into a map of the tasks you repeat across your apps, with how often each one happens. You never draw a process or explain your job.
Step 03 · Optional
Connect your email and calendar, say yes on the consent screen, and Holloway also learns the work that arrives by email: requests, orders, approvals, follow-ups. You sign in on Microsoft's or Google's own page, so Holloway never sees your password.

Step 04 · Practice run
Pick a workflow to hand off. Holloway does one practice run while you watch each step, in the apps that task uses. If it looks right, you say so.

Step 05 · On its own
The agent works in your real apps. After each change, Holloway goes back and reads the app to confirm the change landed, then writes a receipt. No receipt, no “done”.

Step 06 · Over time
As you work, Holloway keeps learning how you do things. It takes screenshots and records your screen, finds more of the tasks you repeat, and keeps what it learns so it keeps getting better. Ask it anything in plain words in the chat, even about a specific email. It reads what your question needs and can do work, with your approval where needed.

Yes, during everyday learning. It takes screenshots and records your screen while you work, to learn how you do things. It skips password fields, banking, health, and private or incognito windows. A visible dot shows when it's recording, and you can pause it any time. Recordings and screenshots stay on your PC, encrypted, and your company never sees them. The first setup scan uses details only.
Yes, in three cases. If you connect Microsoft 365 or Google and give a separate yes, it reads your email text to learn the work that arrives by email: requests, orders, approvals, follow-ups. It skips health and personal-finance emails, and you can turn this off any time. It also reads the emails a task you hand it needs, and the ones you ask about in chat. The receipt lists what it read.
Yes. What Holloway learns is kept, encrypted on your PC, so it keeps getting better. There's one way to erase it: “Delete all my data” in settings erases everything. Uninstalling erases everything too.
No, it's optional. Without it, Holloway still works in the apps on your PC. If you connect, you sign in on Microsoft's or Google's own page, so Holloway never sees your password. Learning from your email text is a separate yes.
