# Holloway

Holloway is a Windows app that learns how you work, finds the tasks you repeat across your apps, and turns them into agents that do them for you, then checks every result and keeps a receipt. It is made by Artificial Innovations LLC, Indianapolis, IN. It is in early access through a waitlist.

## What it does
- Learns your work: a short setup scan (app names, file names, work websites, how you move between apps), then everyday learning while you work.
- Finds your workflows: the routines you repeat, mapped app to app, with how often they happen.
- Does the work: agents run in the apps you already use on Windows. After one practice run they run on their own.
- Checks every change: it reads the app back to confirm the change landed, then writes a receipt. No receipt, no "done".
- Asks first: deletes, payments and sending to someone new always ask first. Email to people you named can send on its own after the practice run.
- Chat: ask in plain words; it answers from what it learned and can do work with your approval.

## What it learns from and keeps
- Setup scan: details only (app names and times, file names, work websites, app switching).
- Everyday learning: it takes screenshots and records the screen while you work. It skips password fields, banking, health, and private or incognito windows. A recording dot shows while it records, and you can pause it.
- Email (only if you connect Microsoft 365 or Google and say yes): it reads email text to learn the work that arrives by email. It skips health and personal-finance emails. Calendar: who, when and the meeting title.
- Tasks and chat: it reads and changes what the task or question needs, including the emails involved; the receipt shows what it read and touched.
- Storage: everything is stored encrypted on your PC. Your company never sees your screen, recordings, emails or productivity; it sees results (tasks done, time saved).
- Memory is kept so it keeps getting better. "Delete all my data" in settings, or uninstalling, erases everything.
- Chat: what you type, plus what's needed to answer, goes to our AI provider only to answer you.

## Apps
- Sign-in connections: Microsoft 365 (Outlook email and calendar, Excel) and Google (Gmail and calendar).
- Everything else: it works in the apps on your Windows PC through Windows and your browser, with no setup per app. How well that works varies by app. Sign-ins and two-factor codes become a step for you.
